About The Sandman -
 
I started DJing in 2014, inspired by Mark Knight, Metodi Hristov and Coyu. My interest grew from House, and expanded out to techno with a melodic side. 
 
Some of my favorite labels are Suara & Set About labels.“As a DJ there is no better feeling in the world than controlling a dance floor and hearing that bass drum kick through the speakers.”I’ve been told I have a knack for picking out the lesser heard tunes that will get the crowd going, I love finding tracks that other DJs might not have.
 
I have played at various locations around the UK and Ibiza including a headline set at Ibiza Rocks. I also do a podcast where I get on a guest DJ to talk about their musical background and their career, which has had guests such as Rowetta, Sam Young and Tony Romanello, to name a few.

About Jesse Rhys Cannon -
 
I somehow got my first work being paid in the music business when I was 15. Since then I’ve managed to work in nearly every facet of the music business. If a stranger happens to know who I am, they usually know me from being lucky enough to have worked on records in various capacities with bands like The Cure, Animal Collective, The Misfits, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Brand New, Limp Bizkit, Man Overboard, Somos, Basement, Kevin Devine, Weird Al Yankovic, NOFX and The Menzingers. 
 
I’m also known for writing the book Get More Fans: The DIY Guide To The New Music Business, which has gone on to be one of the most popular books on the music business as well as the best selling book on creativity in music Processing Creativity: The Tools, Practices And Habits Used To Make Music You’re Happy With. I also host two podcasts, Off The Record and Noise Creators and write articles on the music business for various sites like Alternative Press and Party Smasher Inc. along with a handful of others.
 
But that doesn’t explain how I got to do all of that and that’s what I’m supposed to explain here. When I was 15 I started to get paid for doing live sound at concerts and spoken word events. Two years later, a hilarious and fun guy by the name of Stork liked my mixes and invited me to engineer live performances at the world-renowned freeform radio station WFMU. There I was lucky enough to work for 9 years recording acts like The Magnetic Fields, Spoon, The Sea and The Cake, Olivia Tremor Control and a couple hundred others. Because of this I started doing live sound at local clubs The Pipeline and Connections. In time, I started booking shows for the company that booked those clubs and the legendary Coney Island High in NYC. Somewhere in this time I got my first credit on a record singing back up vocals on a song with Joey & Dee Dee Ramone, which I still question if I’ve ever topped. 
 
Those jobs gave me enough courage to put on my own concerts, and be crazy enough to think I knew what I was doing enough to start recording local bands. But all of this would happen at night, so I needed a day job. I then started working at my local punk record store (Let It Rock), which then qualified me to work at Soapbox Records on St. Marks Place in NYC. This was great since it also housed esteemed indie label Go-Kart Records where I ran the record store and did publicity. While I love marketing, PR is way too social for me and I preferred talking to creative people instead of cranky zine editors. I was also writing for the esteemed zines of the day like Tape Op, Punk Planet and Maximum RockNRoll. So I decided to stop doing live sound and working at record labels in order to focus on record production. My boss at Go Kart was kind enough to give me a recommendation to Alan Douches at West West Side Music, who happens to be the engineer with the most credits in all of music history.
 
At West West Side I got to learn how to engineer and master from the best in the business. Not only did I get to work under Alan’s amazing talent, the best producers in the business were coming by every day (J. Robbins, John Agnello, Brian McTernan) as well as the coolest bands around seemed to walk in the door every day (Fatboy Slim, Fall Out Boy, LCD Soundsystem, Brand New). In that time, I met Steve Evetts (one of my favorite producers growing up) and got to work with him on great records by The Dillinger Escape Plan, Senses Fail, Saves The Day and Say Anything. He then brought me to work with Ross Robinson (my other favorite producer growing up) and I got to work with The Cure & Limp Bizkit among others under him.
 
While all that was happening, two other significant parts of the story happened. I harnessed my own production skills and they became so in demand I started my own studio Cannon Found Soundation, which I still run to this day working with hundreds of bands a year. In that time these two interests collided and I decided to start a blog on the things other blogs weren’t writing about in music and wanted to show all the secrets being hidden since that’s the most punk thing you can do and punk is the closest thing I have to a religion.
 
This blog became Musformation, a blog I continued through 2015, when I decided to diversify my writing across sites with bigger audiences. The blog’s music business articles seemed to be very popular and really resonated, so I decided to go with it. I started helping and then managing the two most promising bands I was producing — Man Overboard and Transit, so I could experiment with the ideas I was writing about. These ideas turned out to be right and both signed with one of the biggest indies in the world (Rise Records) and built massive fan bases under my watch.
 
That was fun and all, but managing and producing records full-time do not mix. So those bands went their way and I kept producing records. A lot of bands asked me to manage them, but I like sleep and hate stress so I decided against that option. I instead put out my book Get More Fans, so every band could learn everything I did working with them and researching the new music business. Because of that book I got a reputation for knowing music tech, which led me to getting approached to do the podcast, Off The Record and form Noise Creators, a service I co-founded that helps connect musicians with the best producers in music today. I now host Atlantic Records Inside The Album where I make audio documentaries on the creative processes of some of the best artists in music like Dashboard Confessional, nothing.nowhere, Jason Mraz and Vance Joy. 
 
In 2017 I released Processing Creativity to much praise, I am presently working on a bunch of conversations I want to have on how we change the way people create music to reflect when creative science says enhances creativity. I am trying to change the way records are made and always looking for bands who are interested in doing something new and interesting. I am presently producing, mixing and mastering records 7 days a week and developing a documentary.
 
In 2019 I relaunched Musformation as a YouTube channel to start distributing the knowledge I’ve acquired to a new audience. As well I relaunched MusforMGMT where I am handling marketing and label services to established artists.
 
In 2020 I took on production duties for the hit podcast The Daily Beast’s The New Abnormal as well as their other fantastic podcasts Fever Dreams & The Last Laugh.
In 2021 I opened Podstream Studios a live streaming & podcast studio in the heart of Times Square as well as Brooklyn Recording Paradise Brooklyn’s most enjoyable recording environment.

Hosting his own monthly night at Club CloudNyn in Bangalore, India, Artento has also set foot in Asia whereas his sound had already brought him to all other continents. Being signed to Armin van Buuren's label A State Of Trance, which is part of the Armada company, he is bound to release a fair amount of anthems in the near future. After taking a few years off from being on stage and focusing on producing, Artento has blended all his favorite influences into a new, rough driving, trade mark sound which contains a mixture of minimal rhythms and trancy influences.
 
Production-wise Artento’s skills have proven to be able to make instant floorfillers and his tracks were released on leading labels such as Spinnin, Doorn, High Contrast, Energetic Sounds, Armada, In Charge, ASOT, Coldharbour.

About Chris Drifter - 
 
Chris Drifter comes from Budapest, Hungary. Always interested in Electronic dance music. Solidified as a Progressive and Tech house DJ back in 2002. Also ventured into Techno and minimal. Throughout the years Chris has learned to work the crowd allowing them to experience his passion and emotions, connecting their senses and evolving the party to a level of blissful experience for one and all in attendance. 
 
Concerning production we can stand out prestigious labels such as Baroque Records, Hotfingers, Supermarket, Natura Viva and Pacha Records among others. In the beginning of 2007 Chris began working for SoundTribe Rekords as the A&R Manager, putting him in charge of managing the whole music side of the label. 
 
In 2008 Chris Drifter's Blue Room Ep was released at the legendary record label, called Plastic Fantastic. In this year his first mix album, the Moments of Soundtribe VOL.1. came out. In 2009 he won a remix competition, which was made by Navigation Records. After succeeding and hard work, Chris was nominated the BEST UPCOMING DJ category in the biggest Hungarian electronic dance magazin Soundhead competition. 
 
In 2014 his Pearls EP was released at Pacha Recordings and also selected and released at Pure Pacha Summer 2014 CD compilations. He has played many times abroad in Croatia, Austria, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Russia, Sweden, Poland. He has made warm up sets for djs like Hardwell, Inpetto and James Zabiela. 
 
His track Above the Shadows reached the Number 1 position at Traxsource Progressive House 100. The %u201EFlashback%u201D track also reached the Top3 position at the Trackitdown Tech House TOP100 and his Time Capsule track reached the TOP1 position at the Trackitdown Deep Techno TOP100. From 2015 he started his brand new podcast series called Drifting Memories. From 2017 he joined the famous Legendary Moments crew and started working as A&R manager/Label Manager at SoulAart Recordings.

The founder and CEO of Indie Connect, Vinny has been in the music industry for 55+ years. His past and current experience includes 25 years as a full-time musician and band leader, a recording studio owner/producer, songwriter, artist manager and a mentor and consultant to over 1,000 artists. 
 
He was a booking agent for20+ years and the Entertainment Director for the NV State Fair for 3 years. He has authored several music industry and non-industry books and courses as well as over 500 published articles.
 
Vinny is the CEO of Top 4M Entertainment, a film and TV production company that owns 3 TV channels launching in the fall of 2019.
 
Vinny is also a business consultant to non-music-related businesses. He is an accomplished business plan and grant writer, and has 11 years experience in nonprofit management.

My name is Jesse Jackson and I am passionate about Bruce Springsteen and Podcasting. So in 2015, I decided to put my two passions together and create Set Lusting Bruce: The Bruce Springsteen podcast.
I’ve been talking to Bruce Springsteen fans from around the world. They share how the music of The Boss has helped them to celebrate, mourn, cope, heal and love. I’ve spoken with Springsteen bloggers, tech wizards, and even former members of the E Street Band. About Martin Eyerer -
 
For more than 30 years Martin Eyerer has traveled heavily around the globe as a DJ and producer. His more than 150 releases on the hottest labels like Renaissance, My Favorite Robot, Get Physical, Rejected order on his own imprint Kling Klong are bought and played on continents from Australia, Asia to North and South America and of course Europe. Countless sales and other chart positionings as well as media feedback prove that impressively.
 
As a producer Martin has something to show as well: Gold Albums in UK and Australia and a top 3 US Billboard chart ranking have a great effect here. As a mixing and mastering engineer Martin has run a respectable analog studio for 15 years, which has an established standing especially in the electronic music scene.
 
After moving from Stuttgart to Berlin in August 2012 Martin and his partners Jade Souaid and Tassilo Ippenberger opened together the Riverside Studios – a 2000 m2 complex in the heart of Berlin. With direct river views and the neighborhood to clubs like Berghain, Watergate, Kater Blau, Tresor or Weekend it became one of the hotspots of Berlin’s music scene. Of course Martin has his space there, too. On 100 m2 he brought his studio to the next level. The restoration of his legendary Amek M 3000 Console that was formerly owned by Pink Floyd in the seventies completed it surely.
 
By the end of 2013 Martin Eyerer startet to work on his 3rd longplayer including interesting and already confirmed corporations withPrincess Superstar, Abby, Knixx and Ruede Hagelstein. End of 2014 the album – Struktur –  was released on Martin‘s very own label Kling Klong and received huge feedback from the music scene. A few more releases on labels like Get Physical, Saved and Rejected followed the 4 singles of the album in 2015 and a global tour that lead Martin once more around the world. In 2016 releases on my favorite robot, Bedrock, Danse UK, Suara and Kling Klong were released and played all over the globe. 
 
The most successful one was Martin Eyerer & Ackermann feat Craig Walker – former singer from the band Archive. Originals and the kaiserdisco remix hit the Beatport Top 20. 2017 was full of successful releases: An EP on Second State, 2 new Kling Klongs and the final Album remix package by Tobi Neumann, Oliver Dollar and AFFKT already kept Martin's name going. Further releases on Bedrock and Culprit L.A. and his latest imprint he started with Ackermann named ignite.
 
In 2018 Martin focused more on his management side at Riverside Studios Berlin. Besides its established networks of musicians and producers, he started to drive the company with a music and tech related side, which affected the way he chose further collaborations.
 
2020 obviously was a very special year for artists and producers under the Covid 19 pandemic. Martin – meanwhile also working as CEO for Factory Berlin – set up with his team many collaborations between artists and tech people. International artists from music but also other disciplines started to work on AR/VR and mixed reality formats. Technology and music and art together is the new thing Martin extended his horizon to. Bringing his company Riverside Studios Berlin together with the Factory Berlin ecosystem led to a very successful path for both.
 
On the studio side Martin was active too: While working on his new studio album (expected to be finished in Jan 2021) he released a few new records on labels like bar25, Kling Klong, Ignite or still hot Berlin.
 
His weekly podcast /Radioshow is broadcasted in more than 20 countries and has a reach of 700,000 listeners every week.

About Miri Ben-Ari -
 
Miri Ben-Ari, a Grammy Award-Winning violinist/producer/humanitarian, “UN Goodwill Ambassador of Music” to the United Nations. Originally from Israel, has created her own unique music; a revolutionary fusion of classical, Hip-Hop, soul and project AfroStringz.
 
This classically trained violinist, who once studied under the late classical master Isaac Stern, Ben-Ari has helped sell millions of records by collaborating with other Grammy award-winning artists such as Kanye West, Jay Z, Wyclef Jean, Alicia Keys, Wynton Marsalis, Britney Spears, Maroon 5, Akon, Patti Labelle, Akon, Donna Summer, Janet Jackson, John Legend, Aventura, Fetty Wap, and Armin Van Buuren. Her album "The Hip Hop Violinist"/ Universal Records features many of these collaborations.
 
Among her accolades are the Grammy Award for “Best Rap Song”, an “Apollo Legend” by the Apollo theater in New York City, “International Jewish Woman to Watch”, the “Martin Luther King Award” from Israeli President, Shimon Peres, “Remarkable Woman” by First Lady, Michelle Obama, “Girl Up Advocate Award” from the United Nations Foundation, and the “Ellis Island Medal of Honor” by Neco.
 
Miri's recent collaboration with African artist Diamond Platnumz entitled “Baila” has garnered over 10 million views and won “Best Collaboration” award at the 2019 African Entertainment Awards USA. In 2020 she teamed up with Nigerian hit producer Young D. to create Afrostringz, Mixing the African music with the sound of Strings.
