About The Crystal Method -
 
During their mid-'90s ascent, the Crystal Method were referred to as America's answer to the Chemical Brothers. A dance-based electronic duo with a definite rock-band feel, the comparison seemed appropriate, although it tended to erase what made Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland's output distinct: a solid base in American hip-hop, rock, soul, and pop. Unwitting participants in the commercial rise of big beat, the Crystal Method broke through with "Keep Hope Alive" (1995), a Top 15 U.S. club hit, and continued upward with Vegas (1997), their platinum debut album. By distancing themselves from big beat and selecting collaborators from across a broad stylistic spectrum, they continued to thrive with studio albums such as Legion of Boom (2004) and Divided by Night (2009), both of which were nominated for dance/electronic Grammy awards. At the same time, they diversified with soundtracks for video games and films. Jordan eventually left the music industry, but Kirkland continued the Crystal Method as a solo act with The Trip Home (2018).
 
Formed in 1993 by Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland, the Crystal Method became the longest-running stop in a string of projects that led the producers from their native Las Vegas -- where they had made some four-track stabs at vocal house music -- to the early-'90s Los Angeles rave scene. Drawn in by its youthful idealism, Jordan and Kirkland became absorbed by L.A.'s underground club culture and began knocking out tracks inspired by their experiences. On the strength of one of their demos, the Crystal Method signed to Steve Melrose and Justin King's City of Angels imprint in 1994, and their debut single, "Keep Hope Alive," appeared soon after. The title was in reference to L.A.'s waning rave scene -- burdened by constant police pressure and a string of random violent incidents -- and became something of an anthem due to a barrage of remixes and alternate versions that appeared. In the U.S., "Keep Hope Alive" reached number 14 on the Billboard club chart, and in the U.K. it dented the pop chart at number 71.
 
The pair's demand to be taken seriously as a band -- as opposed to the enforced anonymity of most techno acts, and something of a new concept for American dance producers -- extended to incessant live performances. Jordan and Kirkland's increasing popularity both in the clubs and among radio jocks led to a deal with Geffen affiliate Out Post Recordings in 1996. The group's debut LP, Vegas, appeared in August 1997. An unabashed party record bathed in acid, funk, rock, and big-beat hip-hop, it peaked at number 92 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold in 1998, propelled by the number one Billboard club hit "Comin' Back." (A tenth-anniversary deluxe edition later pushed the album into platinum status.) Also in 1998, the producers diversified with the soundtrack for the video game N2O: Nitrous Oxide.
 
Tweekend, the proper follow-up to Vegas, arrived on Geffen proper in July 2001, entering the club chart at number one and the Billboard 200 at number 32. Multiple appearances from Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello, Stone Temple Pilots' Scott Weiland, and turntablist DJ Swamp helped distance Jordan and Kirkland from big beat. "Name of the Game," the LP's biggest single, went Top Five club. The duo's first commercial mix album for the Ultra label, Community Service, followed the next year. Third studio album Legion of Boom, released on V2 in January 2004, maintained the duo's allegiances to rock and rap, promoted with the number three club hit "Name of the Game," featuring Kyuss' John Garcia and Limp Bizkit's Wes Borland. As with the previous full-length, Legion of Boom topped the club chart and went Top 40 pop, and also did it one better by earning a Grammy nomination in the category of Best Electronic/Dance Album. Another DJ mix, Community Service II, followed in 2005 with the duo's remixes of the Doors' "Roadhouse Blues" and New Order's "Bizarre Love Triangle" among the setlist. The same year marked the Crystal Method's film score debut with London, which premiered in September. A physical release of the score was released early the next year, trailed only a few months later by another commissioned work, Drive: Nike + Original Run.
 
The Crystal Method built a studio, Crystalwerks, where they recorded their self-released fourth album with an array of guests including Matisyahu, Justin Warfield, Emily Haines, and Peter Hook. Immediately after its May 2009 arrival, the result -- Divided by Night -- became the duo's third straight Top 40 album and narrowly missed the top of the club chart. The LP was nominated for that year's electronic/dance Grammy just after X-Games 3D: The Movie reached theaters with a soundtrack provided by Jordan and Kirkland. A self-titled, fan-funded album -- one that embraced the duo's role in the development of EDM -- arrived in January 2014 with Dia Frampton and LeAnn Rimes among the guests. It entered the club chart in the third position. About Robert Babicz -
 
SEEING SOUND, HEARING COLOURS
 
Robert Babicz has been redefining the boundaries of electronic music since the early 1990s. His unique artistry encompasses sound, vision, emotion and spirituality. From releasing and performing acid techno as Rob Acid, to his role as a highly-sought after producer and studio wizard infusing technical perfection with deep emotion, to his striking photos, everything Robert does expresses his desire to celebrate beauty and humanity, and to live each moment with utmost consciousness. Robert's art and philosophy are so distinctive there's a word for it: Babiczstyle. 
 
EVOLUTION
 
Robert made his first record on borrowed equipment in 1992 and played his first gig on gear he'd never used before. “I had no musical background or knowledge, no clue what I was doing. I just improvised music. But for the first time in my life I was absolutely in the moment, like a special state of consciousness. And people responded – they loved and accepted me.” Like anyone experiencing a transformation, Robert wanted to do it again and again.
Music was a way to rise above the struggles of daily life (in the early years of his career, he slept on a mattress on the floor of a tiny flat in his home town Cologne, his synths his only possessions) and to share the joy of that transcendence with others. Playing as Rob Acid, he ignited parties with fierce techno played by strict rules: every set was 100% live and unique, he deleted the instruments' programming immediately afterwards.
 
Robert's ethos, forged by these acid-drenched sonic exorcisms, is razor sharp: work hard, make mistakes, move on. His tremendous output of official releases pales beside the number he deleted in the studio because they didn't meet his exacting standards. “I'm not afraid to get rid of something that doesn't work,” he explains. “I have so many ideas. It's never quiet in my head.” 
 
SYNAESTHESIA 
 
Robert has the rare gift of synaesthesia, which turns the world into a continuous interplay of colour, shape and sound. He sees music in 3D, describing tracks as “geometrical poem... sculptures in time.” When he's working on a track he can see the imperfections in the sonic structure and fix them, like a painter correcting a brush stroke. 
 
Photography is an essential component of Robert's art and his fans know and love his sensitive and dramatic photos from all over the globe as much as his music. His images are as distinctive as his tracks because, for him, a beautiful photo has its own harmony. He sees music and he hears images, allowing him to bring about a unique artistic synthesis that evokes the underlying energies and structures of the cosmos, speaking to a universal need for beauty and harmony in a fractured world.
 
COMMUNICATION
 
The power of Robert's performances are fuelled by his lack of personal ego: “I'm not playing the instruments,” he says. “The people on the dancefloor are playing me”. He's never DJ'd (“I have so many ideas, I am always trying out my own music”), packs only “underwear and my instruments” to go on tour, and has a single goal: to feel the crowd, make people forget their problems and experience pure joy on the dancefloor: “The perfect moment is when they stop caring about their job, and are in the here and now. You can see it on their faces. They let loose of everything and are completely in the present. This makes me happy.”
 
CRAFT
 
Robert continuously pushes the boundaries of electronic music as an artist, consultant, teacher, and engineer. Among Robert's more than 1000 releases are seven albums and a flood of tracks for labels including Bedrock, INTEC, Mille Plateaux, Systematic, Audiomatique, K2, Treibstoff,  SUGA, Punkt and Praxxiz. In recent years, he has focused increasingly on his own imprint, Babiczstyle, which epitomises his sound, emotions and ethos.

In a dark corner of the Pacific Northwest hides the post apocalyptic ruins of a once bustling metropolis that is now home to what remains of the human race.
Where warring tribes of survivors fight for control of the worlds remaining technology and music is traded as currency. From a dark and gritty soundscape a silhouette emerges, the lone figure on a battle shaken stage.
Bass bins tower over the masses in formation. Ready to strike. Clouds of smoke rise from the crowd. The silence threatens the safety of all that is left. Our hero springs to action, hacking in to the local sound grid.
Security systems trace the breach to known member of Squadron, username tripdubb, but are unable to shut down the arsenal of Breakbeats, Drum and Bass, Glitch and other sound collateral now broadcasting across every speaker in the district.

About DA33L€ -
Geoff Hutchings (AKA DA33L€) is a PNW native born in Bellevue and raised in Aberdeen WA. After discovering electronic music during his five-year enlistment in the USMC, he quickly developed a love for DJ’ing, which followed him back to Seattle after his enlistment in 2015.
As he Worked his way into the Seattle DJ scene over the last 6 years, Da33L€ has performed at many of Seattle’s most iconic clubs and venues, including Trinity Nightclub, Pike Brewing Company, Hard Rock Café, Queen Anne Beer Hall and more!
His musical influences come from all different genres & time periods but when asked to name his top 3, the list comprised of Don Diablo, CAZZTEK, & Matroda. Expect to hear some familiar fun sounds with a future house twist when DA33L€ is on the decks!!
In 2019, after 3 years of hard work, he was finally offered his first residency with TDJS, which has allowed DA33L€ to build a mix library that to date has over 60 hour-plus mixes that can be listed to around the world! His preferred genres to spin include Future house, electro house, Tech house, and bass house so be sure to bring your dancing shoes when you see DA33L€’s name on the event billing!
